Wow -- time flies when you're having fun, right? I still haven't finished editing the pictures from Russia, but I'll be sure to post them here when I do. Also, now that Breast Cancer Awareness Month is over, I've ditched the pink and redone the background completely. Leave a comment and let me know what you think.
Some exciting news here in Texas: we have some fall color this year!!! Of course, it's only on trees that are on someone's lawn where they were watered all summer, but it's still more than we normally get. Our very own trees out front are even changing. I know that to most of you this is not newsworthy, but our typical fall color goes straight from green to brown (dead) and that's it. So yay color!
Also, I have found a great new MMORPG. Well, maybe not new, I don't know how long it's been around, but new to me anyway. Go check out Rose Online if you get a chance. They have a 7 day free trial if you'd like to check it out.
Right now we're planning a road trip to PA for Christmas. We should arrive in Aston late on the 23rd and we're not leaving until the 1st this year, so hopefully I will have time to visit with some old friends while I'm there. If you're one of said old friends (and you know who you are!!!) email me and we'll try to work out a time to catch up!
In other news, Chris and I attended Sunday service last week at Denton Bible Church, home of the famed Tommy Nelson. We love NorthWest and all of our friends there, but we are prayerfully considering making this a permanent switch. It's just so much closer to home and I think we would have the opportunity to become more involved there because we wouldn't have the huge distance to overcome. Please keep us in your prayers that we make the right choice in that area.
Well, I guess that's about all the update I have for now... До свидания!
