Two Posts...

Recently, I have come across two blogs that I find to be intensely entertaining. They may not be for everyone -- there is some language and such -- but I am totally hooked. Both deal with the perspective of people in the "service industry". The first is Waiter Rant, written by a waiter in one of the upscale restaurants in NYC. The second is Club Life, written by a bouncer in one of New Yorks exclusive night clubs. Today they have each posted a story that is not in line with the usual fare on either site: Nunc Dimittis is a heart-felt account of one man's decision to leave the priesthood, while Gently shows us a more personal side to the hired muscle standing guard at the door. Go read both. Amazing writing gentlemen.
