Mostly just played around in MSPaint. Oh, and used some free clip art I picked up somewhere. I really need to get a better graphics program though. Paint just doesn't cut it on so many levels! One of these days, Photoshop will be mine!
GIMP is awesome! It is FREE. And there are many tutorials specifically for GIMP and most of the Photoshop tutorials and howtos work w/ little or no conversion.
GIMP does image layers (including alpha/transparent laters), transformations, blurs, etc... More options than an amateur like me will ever exhaust.
Okay, I have tried a few times now, and I can't figure out how to install this darn thing! Actually- it's GT I am clueless about, but you can't install gimp without that. Any help???

Oh misguided soul ... make a pilgrimage to the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) and be one with the universe.
